Community-led directors. Empathy over titles. Action over accolades.
We’re led by people who know the lanes and lives of our communities—not by corporate résumés. Our directors have learned by listening, helping, and solving real problems alongside families, traders, students, and seniors. They measure success by one school fixed, one clinic improved, one neighbourhood heard. With empathy as their compass and service as their method, they turn local insight into action—working with officials, partners, and citizens to make systems fair and effective. No glossy titles. Just honest work, clear intent, and a steady vision for a better India.
Manoj Malyan (Director)
Community-first, action over accolades.
Manoj stands with his neighbourhood—every day, not just in moments of crisis. His work spans simple, humane acts and practical problem-solving: organizing food drives for families in need, supporting feeding efforts for stray animals, and mediating local disputes with patience and fairness.
He believes dignity and dialogue are the first steps to better governance. Manoj brings residents’ concerns to the right tables, follows through with local administration, and keeps solutions grounded in what works on the street. At PILAG Foundation, he anchors community outreach, dispute resolution support, and neighbourhood partnerships—always measuring success by trust earned and lives made a little easier.
Focus areas: Community outreach • Dispute mediation • Feeding initiatives (people and animals)
Sangeeta Malyan (Director)
Empathy into voice; voice into action.
Sangeeta is a steadfast advocate for women and children. She listens first—then helps convert concerns into clear, collective asks. Her work champions rights, safety, and inclusion: supporting awareness efforts, connecting women to services, and encouraging girls’ education and confidence through community circles.
With a calm, empathetic presence, Sangeeta ensures those most affected help design the solutions. At PILAG Foundation, she leads initiatives that elevate women’s voices in local decision-making and expand access to support—so that inclusion is not a slogan but a daily experience.
Focus areas: Women’s rights & safety • Child wellbeing & education support • Social inclusion initiatives
